Most synthetic wigs are dispatched within 3–5 business days unless marked as backorder. Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days depending on your location, customs processing and courier delays. All orders ship from the Milk & Honey International Warehouse.

Absolutely, this is the heart of what we do. Our wigs are gentle, lightweight and secure, and designed for sensitive scalps and hair loss from alopecia, chemotherapy and other medical treatments. If you would like a hand, a private consultation is the kindest place to start.

Wash with cool water and wig-safe products, air dry on a stand, and use low heat only — fibres are heat friendly up to 150°C. With proper care your wig will last 6–12 months.
