Once dispatched, shipping can take approximately 7-14 business days depending on your location, customs processing and courier delays.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all packaging attached. Please note all sale purchases are final. Refunds are only available for faulty items, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Care basics

Your wig is made from premium synthetic fibre. Wash with cool water and a wig-safe shampoo, let it air dry on a wig stand, and use only styling tools safe for synthetic fibres. Heat friendly up to 150°C — we recommend low heat to maintain the quality and longevity of the fibres.

Will anyone be able to tell?

Our wigs are designed with realistic density, natural movement, and soft premium fibres for a seamless, natural-looking finish.

Will it stay put without glue?

Yes, and you never have to touch glue if you would rather not. Each cap has gentle adjustable straps and secure combs that hold it comfortably in place, from the school run to a full day out. If you love a completely flat melt you can add adhesive, but so many of our clients wear theirs glueless every single day.

How long until my wig arrives?

Most synthetic wigs are dispatched within 3–5 business days unless marked as backorder. Once dispatched, shipping can take approximately 7-14 business days depending on your location, customs processing and courier delays.

Can I wash and heat-style it?

Yes — this wig is heat friendly up to 150°C. Wash it with wig-safe products and style with low heat. Synthetic fibre holds its style beautifully between wears.

What if the colour or fit isn't quite right?

You're covered by our store credit returns policy — return within 14 days for store credit. Choosing a wig online takes courage, so we have taken the risk out of it for you.

I'm going through treatment, or living with alopecia. Is this right for me?

You are so welcome here, this is the heart of what we do. Our wigs are gentle, lightweight and secure, and designed for sensitive scalps and hair loss from chemotherapy, alopecia and other medical treatments.
